I'm Chandler — a Senior Content Specialist based in Milwaukee, WI, with 6+ years turning complex ideas into concise, engaging content.
I studied psychology at UW–La Crosse, with a minor in professional writing, and that combination is the actual engine behind my work. I’m focused on improving SEO, brand authority, and organic lead generation, which is always grounded in human connection.
My career has moved through finance, retail, and independent freelance work before landing at SocialSurge Marketing, where I now lead content strategy across a portfolio of industries.
Understanding how to speak across different audiences, backgrounds, and expectations isn't a "diversity angle" for me — it's the advantage I use every day to write content. That perspective shows up in every strategy I build.
Outside of client work, I love to read and write my own content, play outside in the sunshine with my pup, play video games, and snuggle with my cats.
